The prices are based on a minimum stay of 4 days with breakfast. For stays under 4 days, a surcharge of €6.00 per person per day applies. The local tax of €3.30 per person per day (from 14 years of age) is not included in the price.

- Cancelations: Up to four weeks before the arrival day, a free cancellation is possible. After that, the entire stay will be charged. Even in the case of an early departure, the remaining vacation days will be fully charged. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
- On the departure day, rooms or apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. and are ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and is free of charge.
Children staying in the parents' room (with 2 full-paying adults):
- Up to 5 years free, we only charge:
- € 10.00 for breakfast up to 3 years,
- € 15.00 for breakfast up to 5 years.
- From the 6th birthday up to 14 years, we offer a 50% discount on the room price
Unfortunately, we cannot reserve room numbers.
